can anyone answer me why an instant classic show like firefly got cancelled but this is getting a second series? i dont get it.

I really liked FireFly and was sorry it got cancelled, but if we see more Eliza on our screens,especially in sexy outfits it surely cannot be a bad thing can it????????????...although I am biased......lol

From the Fox statement, it sounds like the execs partly feel they owe Joss Whedon - after cancelling Firelfy. Also, the trend in the Dollhouse viewing figures is moving in the right direction.
One positive aspect of TSCC being cancelled is that Whedon may now bring Summer Glau to Dollhouse.

Watched almost the whole season, need to watch the last 2 eps (and there's a 13th being released on DVD supposedly). I thought it was pretty good. But then again, I've loved Eliza ever since her 'Faith' days.
