The ones I've noticed that seem the most odd were Dionne's four minute logo moment after she said eww and reacted to something off screen (Quiquems' video showed this), Lilly's minute and a half moment where the logo took over for no reason, Rachel's four minute disappearance where she announced being back from her break after four minutes
, and Sophia's two minute disappearance for no reason. Caty also had one a week or so ago for a couple of minutes for no reason we could see. Very odd that this has just started in the past month.

Just now at 2:06 the logo popped up while Caty was on an actual call
Caty left the set, as the logo disappeared briefly showing she was gone, and she arrived back at 2:08 with no explanation and no outfit change. It was under two minutes. Quick Bathroom break? Beuller? Mulder?

OK, so she left for under two minutes, and brought the phone with her. If it was a bathroom break, then it she must have sprinted to the bathroom, and her caller would have heard her using the loo. Sounds a bit weird to me.
It still doesn't change the other logo moments that had no explanation to them. Maybe lisbeth Salander can help me on this case

probably the camera man going on a toilet break and not being allowed to leave the equipment on while unattended
