Arron88 what makes you so knowledgeable that the Dutch Censor's will be telling Cellcast what to do, as I say it's Ofcom's problem not Nicam's (Dutch Censor's) so I still say Cellcast stick 2 finger's right up at the fucking bastards, take no shit and keep delivering us hot, naked and oily show's, pornographic, my fucking arse it is, just a bit of harmless fun at the end of the day. Ofcom go fuck yourselves and may the Taliban do us all a favour and drop a fucking bomb on your headquarters. (ofcourse when everybody's gone home, wouldn't want any casualties afterall)

I wonder what Ofcom will do about the non adult channels that show much more explicit content, as in ejaculation, penetration, men getting banged by their girlfriends, women using vibrators etc.
Yet again, all the blame is on the adult channels that have a watershed
Babestation will either keep things as they are, or they will tame everything, assuring they might likely go bust, which is what Ofcom wants.
We knew Ofcom was just gearing up for something like this

To me this could be Ofcoms downfall, they are in my opinion biting of way more they can chew here. I do believe the Dutch license holders will politely tell of Ofcom to piss off, and in doing so Ofcom will turnaround with there tales between there legs. If this happens and I'm pretty sure this will, i really do think this will wakeup the other Babe channels in trying to get a foreign licence of some nature, and in turn will ease the vice grip that Ofcom currently has
To me this is the only way that the Babe channels can survive under this Dictatorship. Look we all hope that Ofcom will drift away, but the reality is that Ofcom are to stay for the time being at least
and until they finally get the boot, i do believe the only way these channels will survive is by getting some sort of foreign license, i can't see any other way forward than that.

Also I don't believe Cellcast have editorial control of the channels.
p.s. 'Dutch censor' I think you need to check article 7 of the dutch written constitution.

From somebody who has been to the Neitherlands on 3 separate occasions I can tell you first hand this is exactly what they will say. They don't give a fuck about censorship over there. Infact sex is openingly discussed and also Sexysat TV which has a 16 certificate shows live full frontal dildo shows from 9PM to 5AM (eu time 10PM - 6AM) Expect no further comment from Ofcom to be made as Cellcast I suspect won't be losing any sleep tonight or fear of the Dutch censors
