When there's only one girl on screen and on a call, then a message box appears saying 'girl 2 is available now'. Then another box tells you to press option 1 to speak to girl 2, despite there still being only one girl on screen who's still on a call

Ofcom and gutless producers unwilling to challenge the current set of rules in place. If I owned a babe channel I'd be knocking down the door at Ofcom HQ and demanding answers. I would fight my corner all the way.

This probably has been said a lot but, the excessive on screen graphics, and the constant interruptions from Geri and the other one.

Distance? Paranoia?! If the babes are going to use an alias, and many do, the caller should exercise the right, too. But that's beside the point; real or made-up, the names of people you're talking to on the phone can often drift out of the head quite quickly. I'd imagine 'baby' is a natural go-to stop-gap in this line of work.
