The short run ends tomorrow night with a special on Arctic Monkeys. Last week's one with Simple Minds (amongst others) was quite good; I wondered whether they'd ever been on before, but neither Jools nor Jim & Charlie suggested any such thing, so maybe they were too polite.

He's got a special 30th anniversary concert on tonight from 9 on BBC2, followed by an A-Z doc too. If you're not grunge-watching on SA, or remembrance watching on BBC1. Or etc

No end of series special this time, just a tip ahead to the forthcoming Hootenanny. A fairly solid series; when Take That! are among notable debutants to the show, it says something.

Last one tomorrow night, with Lulu on among others. Been a fairly decent series again. They even did a special on Tom Jones inamidst the fun.
