He was well aware of the costs, on his twitter account he was sending tweets to Mr Studio 66TV when he reached the £51,000 mark reminding Jamie he was his best ever customer.
And he wasn't calling Hannah Martin exclusively, at £60,000 he stopped calling S66TV after they showed him a "lack of respect".
And as for his "illness and being broke", his recent tweets are constantly bragging about trips to Dubai and being in the Bookies.

It implies that it wasn't Hannah Martin most of the time, as it only states that he spoke to Hannah "on several occasions". It seems that calling her was most likely a very small part of his overall bill.

I hope vodafone are made aware of all his tweets bragging about the 51K "HE" spent on studio66 in a month and a half.
