I only sent a picture message to cherri once!! it was about £2.00, I sent away for a picture of Cherri at £3.00 which was a very good one they sent me, but they started to con people into getting their free video!! but if you text the number you are still paying £3.00 for the video!! what is free there! I sent away for a video of Emma of which my phone didn't upload and the url had expired!.

I once texted in to Partyland to register my nickname. The text would not go through as I got a message back stating that I don't have enough credit (I had £9 credit). When I topped up £10, Partyland sent me a message and my credit decreased to £7!
At least you have the STOP option on Party People. Isn't there a STOP option on Partyland? Important

I would imagine there is a "STOP" option on every program.

Simple easy complaint forms for situations like this.

When you make a complaint here it is not the same as complaining to OFCOM, no one is going to stop your fun, no one is going to stop Juliet sticking her hands down her panties, no one is going to make all the Girls wear Carmel Moore panties, no one from ChatBack is going to come round your house and beat you up.

It will simply address billing problems that my happen from time to time. These things are not a scam, simply errors. But these errors may go on and on if people that have lost money do nothing.

If BT or your Gas supplier made a mistake with charging you too much, then I'm sure that you would follow the issue up until you got your money back. CellCast etc are large companies making a lot of money, but they also sometimes make mistakes. That is why you should follow up these mistakes to get your hard earned back.

Party Land wants to squeeze every penny out of it if they possibley can.

you should have listened to their theme music promoting it before they aired on channel 50.

there was a lyric called "SHOW US YOUR MONEY!!! COME ON HONEY!!!"

DOCTOR JOHN Wrote:There was a lyric called "SHOW US YOUR MONEY!!! COME ON HONEY!!!"

More than likely coincidence. As if I really had to say it.

Thanks for your help and advice, folks. I am no longer receiving any messages from Partyland.

Partyland have looked into the problem and discovered that T-mobile customers were being wrongly charged when using this service. This has been reported to T-mobile who are now well into the process for refunding subscribers and pay as you go customers. Customers who have not yet received a call or text from t-mobile can call 150 from their handset.

Partyland would like to apologise to all our viewers and to state that we in no way benefited from this technical problem.

Sorry for any inconvenience caused, please be aware that this problem was created by T-mobile and not Partyland.
