That was changed soon after the Games in India 4 years ago IIRC.

The English Commonwealth Games Council held a vote before the last games. Jerusalem came out on top.

With access to TV replays I don't understand why Weightlifting juries don't use them as a big mistake was made which affected the result of 94kg final as the "winner" clearly touched his knee with his elbow which is a no lift in his "winning lift"
