I think that the standard of babeshows has been dropping for years and for me it can all be traced back to the closure of Bang Babes in 2010,because while they were going the other channels were struggling to compete and pre 2010 the shows were alot stronger than we have now,I also think the reason for the decline is both over zealous regulation and some channel bosses being far too scared to let their performers push the limits of what is allowed and the regulator changing its view on what can be shown does not help matters,but i suppose does help to justify their departments existence and running costs,i also think that if the regulator now wants a half an hour covered up period for the last bit between 5am and 5.30 why cant it be the same at the start of the night,so the shows begin at nine,topless at 9.30 and nude by 10.30 regardless of whether its on freeview or sky,also think the shows should be categorised as Adult as thats where they appear on my sky epg and not one up from QVC or Bid tv.

The regulator doesn't want that. It was Studio 66's own idea.

Bangbabes was a great channel it always pushed the boundaries

but that doesnt explain the shit they are pumping out between 11 and 5am
i would be happy if the night shows started at 11pm and finished at 4am if we got the type of shows we used to get in the pastand it isnt ofcom rules in the way thats an excuse so they dont have to perform

I hear what you're saying about Bang Babes - what an era that was! Those were great times for the channels - boundaries were pushed and it was also an era when all of the girls were experienced performers. Girls totally comfortable in what they were doing on screen, professional staff running them and business was booming. Hugely controversial in its day, but so much fun. All this also applies to the original Babestation channels that started all this.
Regulations these days have lessened the impact of the night channels - but I think hiding behind Ofcom regulations is too easy. The performances could still be better, more active, more 'in the role'. There's a fantasy element on these channels which used to be the hot draw factor for them - but that same level isn't there anymore and it hasn't been for some time. I do admire some channels for trying to keep up the themes - at least they're trying. But you can't help but fear its a losing battle in the long term. I hope not, I really do. I think we all want them to succeed and come back, thats why we keep having these discussions.
Perhaps the retirement of so many powerful performers has contributed to the channels declining somewhat over the last four-five years. But while we remember fondly the shows of yesteryear, there's no point banging on about the ladies who've hung up their knickers - the current era of babeshow ladies needs to push as hard as they can to make these shows good again.

As a company boss, I'd be alarmed or at least concerned by this free piece of feedback or 'trend analysis'.
But a certain channel boss doesn't want to be reading this 'rubbish' on the forum
Then next minute he'll be scratching his head on how to attract callers through reduce call costs or scam a connection charge increase to restore profit margins.

I have given up on the babe channels as I find fake boobs and tattoos a complete turn off,which doesn't really give me a lot of option.I'm not really a fan of porn stars either,if I want to see porn stars there is plenty of option on the web.Surely there must be some attractive girls out there who would like to earn very good money to lay on the bed topless talking dirty on the phone,most already go topless on the beach so that shouldn't be a problem.Come on babe channels get out there and find some new girls without fake boobs and tattoos.Rant over
