I play tested the beta of this in the summer. Have to say this is the game I am most eagerly awaiting next year...along with Project Racing....and F1...and Halo 5...oh and....

Agreed bytor I have pre ordered this, the beta was good, I am sick to death of COD, advanced warfare was the biggest waste of money on a game I have ever spent..

Much prefer the battlefield games, this looks like they have kept things simple which I prefer rather than cod that over complicate everything

cannot wait for this game to come out! something different to the army games such as call of duty and battlefield 4... very much looking forward to this new concept as the old concepts are getting boring.

A open beta of the game will be available to everyone on the 3rd of Feb, on PS4/PS3, Xbox One, 360 and PC.

Weird as there was one back in September. I have it on pre-order ready for its delayed March 20th release. I hope if there is another beta that it will not result in a further delay.

I heard that there doing it to see of the online part of game runs smoothly so they'll have a good launch when the game comes out, its a shame that never happened with Driveclub at launch lol.

Surely they should have ensured that it runs smoothly online by now. Its been delayed by 5 months to make sure of all that following on from the previous beta test. Besides until the game goes live fully they will never really know how it will perform. Its only when a couple of million or so gamers are all online at the same time that they will know whether or not their servers can copebladewave.
Don't get me wrong this game and Project Cars are two games that I am most looking forward to this year but I am sick and tired of the way the gaming industry is taking gamers for granted at the moment. Much of the trouble stems from the publishers announcing games too soon, over-hyping them in aggressive marketing campaigns and worst of all, pushing the developers into releasing games before they are fully ready. Drive club, Assassins Creed, Battlefield 4, Halo Anniversary (online element only) to name but a few.
I am sure that BF Hardline will be great but I just want the game to behave without having to go through a further delay.
