Yes I agree Rooney is a bit of a talisman to the other players & he is one of the few players that others countries would like in their side. Rooney has been playing this sort of midfield role for a while (think Alex Ferguson started it maybe he thought it would suit Rooney as he got older & maybe extend his career). Oh sorry about my previous post just a bit jealous at been able to retire that young lol.
