Well the Israel song was the second favourite to win after Cyprus, so we should have been prepared for its triumph. It was also the original favourite, before the semi-finals were held and the public started putting money on Cyprus instead.
Personally I thought Moldova were robbed.

can you imagine what sort of money they would get the likes of Sky and Bt to pay for world cup rights and that would mean no world cup on BBC or ITV

I've been saying for yours that we shouldn't bribe our way into the finals.
If we had to get there by right we may think about entering a decent song.
Also the audiences would already have had a playing before the finals and we would get more votes.
