I have never understood how a channel where you can only subsribe with a card only 18 year olds can get, aren't allowed to show proper hardcore/uncut porn. I can understand that certain channels you can watch with the pin wouldn't be allowed to cos kids can get the pin on the skycard.
In this day and age where there's extreme violence on every night and sexual references and content on music channels throughout the day, why can't us adults enjoy a good hard porno without the censorship?

Because we live in a 'nanny state' where the leaders think they know what's in our best interest. These are the same people who have the nerve to spend our tax money on luxury items for themselves. Don't smoke, don't drink, don't do this, don't do that.

For those that read the adjudication you will see that the first penalty was issued for showing the url to TVX hardcore websites, unencrypted on sky, during the daytime.
Lazy? Perhaps.
Stupid? Maybe.
Too hardcore? Rubbish.

As it said in the adjudication of this complaint, the person who complained was a rival broadcaster, i.e another subscription adult channel.
