scumbag on c4 last night...raped an eastern european woman at knifepoint..and other sexual assualts (inc. punching another girl in the cunt...he laughed about that) because he had "learning difficulties" he was allowed to roam the streets and a social do gooder deemed he was unable to face trial...he walks amongsts us....fuckin wanker that recommended this needs to have his arse raped by him next...annoyedannoyedannoyed

Far too many people believe they can rehabilitate these scumbags by sitting down and listening to the scumbags problems, they believe anything said scumbags say and then make excuses for them, in many ways they are just as bad as the scumbags themselves

Channel 4 did this piece tonight which is worth a watch. It focuses on the claim by the Children's Commissioner that 100,000 children are excluded from mainstream schools each year and that 85% of young offenders in prison are those that have been excluded. Now obviously there is no silver bullet solutions here but that is a hell of a correlation and as the piece shows explains there is a significant lack of infrastructure in place for those young people that have been excluded.
