I am boiling over with energy since I have been unemployed. I just done 80 lengths of a 25m pool and I promise I did'nt feel in the least bit tired.
Lately I've stopped drinking and zero cigarettes and been running 5 miles a day. So it had an effect on my swimming capabilities. Its become a whole lot easier!
