Unseeded history maker Marketa Vondrousova is the champion after defeating Ons Jabeur 6-4 6-4.
Agony for the Tunisian with a second successive loss in the final.

Joy for the Czech in her first Wimbledon Singles final.

Blimey, news to me Surprised.
Duly corrected Wink.

Anyway Neal Skupski and his Dutch partner Wesley Koolhof are the men's doubles champions after beating Granollers and Zeballos 6-4 6-4.

And Wolverhampton's very own Henry Searle is into the boys singles final Big Grin.
He is a Wolves fan too Big Grin. Poor sod laugh.

Amazing result for Vondrousova since they said she'd only won 2 matches on grass prior to this event. A pity for Jabeur, hope she gets that big win soon.

Also well done to the Skupster, supposedly the first man to win Mixed and Men's Doubles at Wimbledon for 97 years.

Quality Semi Final between Alfie Hewett and Puente! Shots that, should we see them tomorrow, will make headline news, and a thriller between two players at the top of their game! Hewett took time to get going, but was unstoppable in the end! Won't be an all British final though, as G Reid fell short!

Wolverhampton has a Wimbledon champion Big Grin.

Henry Searle won the boys singles final
6-4 6-4.

Big Grin Big Grin Big Grin

Alcaraz got his win, thought Djokovic pushed him to the last. Well done them both.

Also to Searle, seemingly the first Brit Boys winner for over 60 years.

Today seems like a changing of the guard moment like when Federer beat Sampras in 2003.

I'll doubt it'll be the last we'll see of Djokovic at Wimbledon, I'm sure that quest for an 8th title will burn inside him for quite a while yet but he must wonder if the physical challenge for it is starting to tell. I feel Alcaraz is young enough to dominate Wimbledon for a while, but i hope in that time Searle will step up and be our new British No.1
