What a load of tripe.
I want serious coverage not some contrived load of cheesy rubbish.

Over to Sky NFL channel where they do things properly Important

It's being panned on social media and quite right too. It's trivialising the sport and almost demeaning it. Serious coverage with serious analysis is the order of the day. Not that feeble, childish load of shite.

Yeah, I looked at c5 & within a few mins I was "nope, Sky Sports for me" did enjoy Sky Sports live at New York Jets for that cracking game. Now it's back at the Sky Sports studios for Green Bay v Detroit and I'm about to go and have a cold shower courtesy of the gun show from Phoebe Schecter HeartHeart

Ambulances please!

Seahawks 13 - 17 49ers
Everything looked rosy for the Niners with a 95 yard drive capped off by a Kittle TD, Purdy looked assured & precise. The Seahawks responded with a 1yard Charbonnet TD run & a late field goal gave them the lead at the half.
By the 2nd half the Niners had to cope with the loss of Kittle to a hamstring injury & their one remaining wide receiver of any notable experience in Jennifer, out with a shoulder injury. Much of the Burden would fall on Pearsall who Purdy is building a great understanding with & CMC who had a slight injury concern & they had to ride him more than they would've liked.
At least the young inexperienced Niners defence were managing to keep Darnold & the new look Seahawks offence quiet. Purdy looked to be growing increasingly frustrated by his lack of options & was constantly under pressure from the Seahawks pass rush. He was forced into 2 ill advised throws resulted in interceptions. Further adding to their woes was the Niners ongoing Special Team issues. Moody missed a short Field Goal & another attempt was blocked.
The Niners inability to score in the Red Zone resulted in them needing the shaky Moody again, this time he was good from 32 yards to tied the game up at 10 - 10. The Seahawks respond with a 37 yard Meyers field goal to retake the lead, giving Purdy with 3.24 on the clock. Under pressure he drove his team down the field & found back up Tight End Tonges in the End Zone.
The Seahawks still had time on the clock to make something happen, but Bosa had other ideas & forced a fumble which forced a turnover allowing the Niners to run out the clock & secure a scrappy win.

Bills 41 - 40 Ravens

One of the best games I've ever seen, maybe overplaying it a bit after being deprived of this great sport since last February. It should come as no surprise with 2 of the greatest quarterbacks to ever grace the game, neither with a Super Bowl win but surely that can't be the case for much longer.
I'll cut this short overwise this would be my longest post on this forum. Let's just say a lot happened. The story was that the Bills trailed from the 2nd quarter deep into the 4th quarter & somehow scored 16 points in under 4 minutes to grab a win that looked out of the question.

Today's NFL fans are blessed with maybe the best bunch of QB's comparable & surpassing other greats in quality & quantity.

This game had so many WTF moments it's hard to recount them all, even the seemingly unstoppable Henry fumbled to make the comeback possible. Just consider that Allen had 250 yards passing in the 4th quarter, that a whole game for normal passers.

Jets 32 - 34 Steelers
Rodgers turned back the clock with 4 TD's, but they still needed a 60 yard Boswell Field Goal to put the game away. The Jets had a great run pass balance which could be the blueprint for Fields to thrive. Rodgers took to the field to the expected boos & then got sacked on his first play, he was under pressure from the Jets pas rush, constantly hurried, he gave up 4 sacks in all, he might not have the mobility that Fields possess or even his former self, but the arm strength hasn't diminished.

I loved the match. The ending was incredible.

So how do we view week 1 ? I imagine that Kittle hamstring injury will put a lot of pressure on McCaffrey to pick up a lot of Kittle's work, do we know how long he'll be out for?

Depends on the severity of the tear, weeks or months. Kittle was one of the few offensive players who had a good season, Jennings was the other & both are out. SadSad

I have to say there two big things was 1) the Henry fumble & 2) why did the Ravens punt the ball back when they did knowing that Josh Allen only likely needed one pass to get into field goal range?
