I suggest rearranging the forum so that this is at the very top of the the UK Babe Channels Forum page. How you go about doing that may be abit of a headstratcher however… Maybe just an insert at the top of the forum home-page above the “Channels” section whilst the forum awards are on to direct users to the Forum Awards thread in the “General” section at the bottom? That way no need to reorganise the whole Forum again!
