Zverev maintained pressure on Murray and did not allow himself to be dictated to. He forced Murray into errors especially on the backhand wing.
Murray did not play atrociously badly by any means overall but Zverev played an exceptional match. Credit to him.

Serena's Williams coach who does a section on Game, Set and Mats speculated that Andy would have a down period due to a amount of time he has spent on court in last 6 months. Seems he was right. Leon Smith has decided to provisional omit him from Davis Cup team to give his body a chance to rest naming Dominic Inglot as doubles partner with Jamie Murray with Dan Evans and Kyle Edmund as the singles players

Apparantly he has a slight tear which requires rest and means he will be sidelined for about 6 weeks
