Just getting old.
I just thought of an interesting trivia fact to post on that thread, and thinks to meself, have I already posted that, so off I goes and checks through me posts to find that I haven't. Much to my relief, I say to myself, Foggy, your'e not going daft yet.
So I returns to the Trivia thread, and now I can't remember what fact or trivia I was going to post about.
I'm not worried unduly; as a keen reader and amateur historian, I assimilate a lot of facts and a lot more nonesense in that tiny little brain of mine.
It's there somewhere, just trying to force it's way to the forefront of my mind.
If I could only defrag my brain, I would be a lot more efficient.
