Dude, if you know about Xpanded, unlike the other channels they have a strict policy of no phone while the girls are doing their shows. It is one of the reasons why they are better than BS. Most of the other girls adhere pretty well to this policy, except for Tia.

Yes, agreed. Tia can be one of the better girls on when she makes the effort. She looked good in the red dress with tights, a rare change on the usual outfits she wears.

It is a strict policy as in you rarely if ever see any girls on their mobiles like on other channels. How hard they are with the enforcement of it, is another matter and Tia is clearly pushing her luck with constantly hanging off the edge of the bed and face out of shot. If she really can't live without checking her mobile every 10 seconds, she needs to move to BS.

^^ I don't by it, Tia has been doing it for a long time, nothing has changed, she still gets regular shifts, the XP bosses must therefore be happy with Tia using her personal phone when on-screen. How is the enforcement of a so-called strict policy another matter, if it is strict, then the enforcement is key. It can't be strict and yet not enforced, the failure to enface it, makes it a lax/relaxed policy. Just because we rarely see other babes offending to the extent that Tia does, doesn't automatically make it a strict policy.
Tia doesn't need to go to BS as long as XP let her do her own thing. My guess would be that the only chance that Tia will end up at BS, will be when XP closes down, nothing about this company screams strict and or professional. The impression I get is that they have given up and are waiting for the axe to fall. In the past they had a reputation of running a tight ship, to the extent that sone babes were treated badly, thankfully those times have gone, but now the look like they don't care.
