RE: News on new channels - Freeview & Sky - mr mystery - 22-02-2011 12:49 My EPG for freeview Ch 93 for today shows "Phone girls live" on all day until 9pm , then from 9pm Cream is down on the EPG as being shown until 4am only , then tomorrow Ch 93's EPG is showing the normal Encrypted TVX shows , just got the normal display/info on the screen at the moment though , my guess is it is just a freeview EPG mistake , Ofcom have stated that unencrypted babe channel with a UK licence cannot broadcast before 12am , so there is no way Cream will be broadcasting from 9pm on freeview , unless the have acquired a oversees licence but that seems unlikely . RE: News on new channels - Freeview & Sky - NHawk - 22-02-2011 15:27 It's gone from the EPG now.. so probably a mistake after all. RE: News on new channels - Freeview & Sky - TheWatcher - 22-02-2011 18:48 After tonight's encrypted TelevisionX show on ch93 ends at 3am tommorow morning, the EPG is showing "Service no longer available". Never seen that before for ch93. No more info displayed after that. EPG checked at 6.40pm tonight. EDIT @7pm: TelevisionX is still in the EPG as normal at 11pm for every day on another of my freeview boxes. Maybe a change is coming. Nothing stopping a daytime show broadcasting in the daytime hours. RE: News on new channels - Freeview & Sky - Jam Da Man - 22-02-2011 20:34 Channel 93's EPG looks the same as always to me, but Channel 191 (ADULT RedHot TV, AKA Cream) says, for Thursday AM - 0:00 - 0:10 Cream Live 0:10 - 0:40 Dirt Bikie B**ch 2 0:40 - 0:55 Tenacious Teens 1 ...and more, up until 4:50 - 5:30 Adult Channel Virgins 8 Channel 192 still proclaims Honey Nights, 1am -5am. I record channel 191 every morning, 5am -5:30, but this morning was just a constant message, saying "Redhot tv. THE BEST IN BRITISH ADULT ACTION..." etc. So, maybe Cream has finished on Freeview? RE: News on new channels - Freeview & Sky - daniel2015 - 22-02-2011 23:20 (22-02-2011 20:34 )Jam Da Man Wrote: Channel 93's EPG looks the same as always to me, but Channel 191 (ADULT RedHot TV, AKA Cream) says, for Thursday AM - There is another 2 possibilities, The stream cream uses could be changing to television X and the stream TV X uses could be changing to cream This would result in television X having more hours but cream having less hours. Television X is on top up tv space at the minute. Top Up TV are renting there space from channel 5. Channel 5 owner = Richard Desmond. Television X owner= Richard Desmond. Red hot tv/cream owner= Richard Desmond. So maybe he is calling in the space back to channel 5 then surely he will favor a sister company over top up tv. Or this could be a simple EPG mess up. RE: News on new channels - Freeview & Sky - NHawk - 22-02-2011 23:33 Most likely is that 93 and 191 will both be PPV porn, leaving 192 as the only phone in channel. On the bright side, 192 is the one with the better picture quality. RE: News on new channels - Freeview & Sky - daniel2015 - 22-02-2011 23:44 Just thought I would mention but for some reason cream ended at 4am last night. It cut to adds after 4am. RE: News on new channels - Freeview & Sky - eccles - 23-02-2011 00:25 I suspect this will turn out to be a massive dissapointment, but that nice Jeremy Hunt has invited proposals for a system of local TV to be known as Channel 6. The idea is that there will 15 towns to start off with, rising to 26, will get some local content daily. Could be 15 minutes, could be hours. The rest of the day will be filled with national TV. Now I know what I would like to see filling the night hours. Live topless from the local pole dancing club. Dancers at the local nightclub and interviews with revellers. Preferrably pissed and female. Wet t shirt contests. OK, it probably wont happen, but it could, and adult material would provide a much needed ratings boost. Ha ha ha, I am sure we all want that but known our look nighttime channel 6 will be from the likes of qvc |
