ive also just emailed techsupport@elitetvonline.com so hopefully something might get sorted out.this happened in september and it was sorted out pretty quickly then

Alan's away at present so I have contacted Rob & Jamie instead. So maybe one of them will check there in box before too much longer.
I've tried Alan's quick fix method on it. But it doesn't seem to have worked this time. So we will just have to wait.

I've also got same problem, webpage displays LOGIN box with my details but won't accept my attempts to login.
I've sent e-mail, seems to gone through OK.

Well, it can only mean one of three things. Either they haven't checked their emails, even though someone has to be at the computer in order to update the webstreams. Or secondly, with Alan being away, there's no one there that knows how to fix it. Or lastly, they can't be arsed to fix it.
So much for it being a twentyfour hour report system.

got a reply to my email at 8oclock this morning apparently it was a technical fault.took long enough to sort out but all ok now
