So the Soviets are now saying that 97% of Ukrainians want to be Russians.
It shows how little they know about democracy doesn't it. It would never be 97%. It would be 26% plays 24% or something. They can't even fake democracy convincingly.

Well that means as the Ukrainians take back more and more of their territory, he'll be able to claim, wrongly, that they're invading Russian territory instead, so will say it's his right to escalate things to defend it, maybe even drop a tactical nuke and see if The UN and NATO have the balls to actually stop him. Hopefully we won't have WWIII anytime soon, because the world would be obviously fucked, but it'd bye bye Russia if it happened. I feel sorry for Russians who are against this, they can only watch the madness unfold. There is only so much they can do, he will cling to power as long as he is able to.

It's funny, we all know how much America dislikes Russia, aside from Trump and the delusionals of course (new boyband maybe?) and love a bit of peacekeeping warmongering, so if a wider war does break out, Murica will be right in there, rescuing all the precious oil and resources people, liberating them, like they did in Iraq.

Just a day after liberating Lyman in the east, it appears that Ukrainian forces are on the move in the south as well. Pro-Russian bloggers are stating that some of their forces in the Kherson area have had to retreat.
