Neither do I. It's unbelievably lousy how often this happens. I wrote to them for that, wanted to take care of it. So far, nothing has happened.

Just asked again, they would still be in the process of fixing the problem. Unbelievable how incapable they are and how often this problem occurs. A single nuisance. There are really only dilettantes at work
