Hey Guys

So today I was super scared, It was my 1st Hypnotherapy session!!! I got up super early and cooked Charlie his brekkie and walked him. Once I got to Hypno I was chilled out - We started off just talking about everything and then he Hypnotised me... Amazing!!! He thinks I will need 8sessions so fingers crossed weeeee!!
