Stream doesn't work on my iPhone so I assume this is the case? bladewave

No the monthly fee is for uninterrupted viewing, i.e. the stream won't timeout after 5 minutes and need to be refreshed.

A week on, and there's still no dedicated credit card phoneline. I'd be very pissed off if I had bought credits 7 days ago like the channel suggested, because " they'd have a credit card phone number up within hours "

You'd think that means of payment and calling would be a priority for this lot as it would boost their revenue earning opportunities but I'm afraid they do seem to be a little lacking in basic business sense. On a positive note the website has improved significantly in the week since they launched - in fact I'd say that it's now at a point where they could have launched without getting the negative feedback that they got over the first weekend. What do I know though - I've only spent most of my career successfully launching products laugh

True. It’s almost as though they are stuck in the 1980’s with their lack of action on such “modern things” as mobile phones usage

number on the website now, it should be full operational tomorrow,

03301260138 or 00443301260138 if you are outside the UK,

you need to register on the website to use the credit card option,
