Golden Girls TV. That title has to be the most inappropriate name for any tv programme since the invention of the cathode ray tube. I am fully aware that it must have it's followers, otherwise it would be pulled from the schedule.
For me personally, a babe channel should mean a channel that has girls who are young and attractive and way out the league of an old twat like me. But I'm sorry to say that with most of the the "Golden Girls" the (old) boot is on the other foot.

It just seems strange that a channel can survive in such a niche interest.

You're referring to incidents which Rooney has admitted to which took place in 2004. However he didn't marry Colleen until 2008.
