There's been a lot of positives to take out of the competition

1. We've sorted out the goalkeeping position
2. We have 3 centrebacks of quality especially at set pieces
3. Tripper's proved himself capable when going forward
4. Henderson's a good holding midfield player.
5. Lindgard's proved to be capable
6. Kane's a top goalscorer (normally)

There are things that need looking at Ashley Young, Sterling and Deli Alli but we have options for the future. After all the winning players of under 21's and under 19's should be coming through

And also there's Luke Shaw who should come back into the team

we do lack a playmaker that is creative

Well done Croatia from a proud irish man

England should have been 2 or 3-0 up at half time. In the end they paid for not taking their chances.

3rd Place match v Belgium will be interesting now, hopefully both teams play their full strength sides this time

If you take out the Panama match a large number of your goals were from set pieces which is great but other than Belgium England never played a team ranked better than them in the tournament so you would be looking for a team with the fire power of Kane, Dele, Sterling, Rashford to be scoring more in open play than they did

It's painfully ironic and very unfair that you have had players like Rooney, Gerrard, Gascoigne out with this team, get a player like that and they could really be clicking

The only question is who?

I would say Trippier could be the one I think
