The answer is a Dr Singh at Highgate Hospital. He was very good all round as was the hospital.

I shall get Danielle to mention it in 4 weeks time for the final checkup.

As each couple of days go by they look more and more Natural which was one of Danielles key things and why that particular technique was selected. Younger girls have a different technique that generally better fit with their bodies.
