It is where utd need to go to deposit the release clause money in full to release the player from his Bilbao contract.
Although the utd reps have recently left WITHOUT triggering the buyout clause, apparently they have left to 'sort some paperwork' and will be back later. Need to get a move on! Lol.

Apparently utd may not get the Herrera deal done by 11 and may have to ask for an extension until midnight.
Crazy.3 months to trigger a release clause you need an extension.

Yes. They want it upfront from the PLAYER though, right now utd are trying to pay it. If utd pay it they have to pay 21% tax and that is the hold up. They need to pay 30m into Herrera's bank account so HE can pay his release clause and avoid the tax.
