Having just spent a very frustrating 4.5 hours trying to cap Bailey's show on Playboy TV Chat i have come to the conclusion that nobody at RLC bothers watching what you are transmitting. bladewave

I thought the darkness was just a web problem but no i switched sky 902 on and it was dark as well. Huh

Then there was a bit of improvement in the lighting i do not know if Bailey had asked through my twitter pm to her or someone finally realised it was a bit dark !!

But my main complaint is the quality of Stream 2 yet again it was awful, do you guys not check with a standard laptop logged on via the net to your website what you are actually putting out on the internet ??

The pixilation which becomes a haze at distance is horrible at time and so anything beyond a few yards from the camera becomes a blur. when the girls are moving it becomes worse, i have just checked and Dannii is experiencing the same, close up fine, few yards out the outline starts to distort. It is actually worse on certain sets and the one Bailey was on as far as i can see id the worse by a long way, especially the pole part of the set Huh Huh Huh

Please can you not do something about this as it becomes so frustrating having to explain to Bailey about the fact that the caps cannot be posted, i have always posted large full scale caps and do not see any reason to stop, so can we not have a stream that is at least fairly reasonable at a distance as well as good close up

Playboy TV Chat is supposed to be the flag ship channel so please treat it as such !!

The above image is a straight cap from the web stream this afternoon not cropped or edited in any way as you can see by the video stream display still on the screen, now you tell me that is not dark and that is what was on my laptop

Don't be so flippant with your comments, treat people with a bit of courtesy and maybe take things like this seriously. annoyed

The above is a good one i am willing to send you some of the other rubbish but for Bailey's sake will not post on here.

all 4 streams are down. This website really is a crock of shit.

When I tuned in yesterday afternoon I thought the picture on Sky looked a bit dark. and that picture is about the same as the televised output.

I've found that watching and recording the streams has been particularly trying over the last few nights. Usual problems are the picture not coming on at the first attempt (particularly stream 3 recently) and the picture freezing. It does sometimes restart ,though usually after the recorder has stopped, suggesting buffering. I wonder how much of this issue is a problem at RLC and how much is down to the broadband providers getting pissed off with the amount of bandwidth we're using to watch the higher quality streams.
Recording a couple of complete shows can use around 6 Gig so you can very quickly reach any download limit. Have allegedly got unlimited downloads but doesn't stop them reducing the bandwidth to slow everything down.
Don't know what the solution is other than get RLC to employ a bunch of girls I don't want to watch. Fat chance!!

Have been trying to watch Dannii on stream 2 for the last hour or so but had to give up with it. Picture quality not fantastic but worse is the constant freezing, every few seconds. Tested my download speed and seems ok so tried the stream on another site which is slightly poorer picture quality but is working perfectly. That implies a problem with the RLC stream but is anyone else having a problem?

I've not had any issues with the streams today. Stream 2 working fine at the moment aswell.

Have you had problems all day or just this evening? ISP throttling can be quite at this time and buggers up some sites more than others.

The stream freezing always happens to me too, starts happening around 1.00 in the morning, alright before then. My ISP broadband is unthrottled (legacy O2 Home Premium), and even if it was ISP throttling usually starts well before then in peak evening times so that would further discount that possibilty.

I don't seem to have the problem on other channel streams at that time, so I think it points to RLC.

Normally dont have a problem during the day, even the evening peak is generally ok, but this afternoon started freezing early on. For a while been a problem starting around 9pm but until recently cleared up around 12. Now seem to have a problem right through the night. Cant record more than a couple of hours before the stream freezes.
