The worst thing about this is that it could be a mistake due to the bombing campaign going on today, or they could be testing the waters to see if there will be be actual consequences for 'stray' missiles. It could also be something else, but it's not good whatever the case. A mistake is possible due to uselessness.

Bizarre coincidence as I was chatting to my friend in Kyiv this afternoon during the Air Raid alert. She told me that the Ukrainian Government had been saying the Russians had moved missiles into Belarus due to the shortage of longer range weapons.
If the launch site was in Belarus either the Poles will hit it themselves or a few Tomahawks will be getting warmed up if the Poles invoke Article 5.
