Thanks Quiquems, as Alan has made a few tweaks to it now. A report goes directly to Orca (Formally D2See). And they get it as an Alert, so they know instantly when a problem occurs.

It should help them correct it quicker.

Dunno if its the stream quality or cause there using a bright background light against a white wall on Dionne's office stint or if its a mixture of both but its making capping really Poor an hard to get a decent Cap.

I think it's just the usual problem they have with close knit patterned outfits, like fishnets, the resolution of the stream, can't cope because there too much information to process. So you end up with colour bleed, and pixelisation.

The stream stability seems fine at present, at least to me, that is. But the quality of 914 is not so good, because of the reason outlined above.

Unfortunately, the only solution to that problem, is to increase the resolution of the stream. And that would mean increasing the bit-rate. Not something they are likely to do, as it would cost them more for the extra bandwidth needed.

Is the 914 stream really locking up badly for anyone else at present?

Because I can hardly watch it at all, it's that bad.

I've sent a report in, because this is about as bad as I have ever seen it. Or should I say trying to see it. Huh

It's locking up for me every 20 - 30 seconds, although that's resulting in some very interesting freeze frames

But when I checked it this afternoon, when Kitty Lea was on, it seemed fine for me. bladewave

Must have been just a good patch I guess. Surprised

Oh well, it just means no video of Mica in the Alley. Sad But I may be able to salvage enough for some caps. Big Grin
