It's a sad state of affairs when so many are so happy to see the demise of this entertainment in front of our eyes. I'm not asking any of the channel to break the rules. All I'm asking for is that they try to come up with something inventive that could work within the rules. We accept it because there is nothing you can do but whinge about it. None of us are happy, why would we be? We love(d) the shows. Nothing you can do or say will make any difference. If you were watching an amazing tv show, but the later episodes were shit, what would you do? You'd either stop watching or stick with it 'til the end, as you have invested your time with it. It's what should be done here. I'm not saying you shouldn't say anything, but the same old argument complaining at poor quality and how tame it all is is not going to lead to any change, so ride with the punches or stop watching. To be fair, I also found last night shite, so instead, I watched a film and went to bed, which I suggest you do rather than watch something you don't enjoy RE: Rubbish Night Tonight On The Babe Channels - Scottishbloke - 28-08-2012 16:27 I think what piss's me off and a lot of other forum members be it those who only watch the shows or even call them is that a few years ago you had a geniune feelings that although they still had to work within the rules set out by ofcom that they would be prepared to push them to the absolute limit without actually or ever going out to break them or breach them. The ofcom rules are an insult but can be worked around, the black gaffa tape was a great idea, also the hand thong is permitted too. Models such as Lucy Summers, Caty Cole and Lori Buckby were the best at making full use of this tool. Sure we still complained about the ofcom rules but we were all pretty much unanimous at the time that the producers and the models were doing there best to still make them a worthwhile spectacle. These days it seems like no attempts are being made, interestly another ofcom bulletin came out today, absolutely no mention of the babe channels at all. No complaints made, pending or even under investigation. So the ball is in the court of the channels to try to give us something that closely resembles a babe show. Latest Ofcom bulletin here - http://stakeholders.ofcom.org.uk/binaries/enforcement/broadcast-bulletins/obb212/obb212.pdf RE: Rubbish Night Tonight On The Babe Channels - The Truth - 28-08-2012 16:42 All the fella's angry with the shows right now, does your unhappy endings look anything like this? Never was a fan of gaffa tape. Part of the attraction of the hand thong, truncheon thong, microphone thong...etc was the percieved danger of slips. Babes actually used to tease you about slipping too . Tape was like a safety net at a circus act, killed the risque feeling. A tight thong actually showed you more. But back on subject, Lexi Lowe for me gave a very decent show last night. Saved a pretty dull night. I completely appreciate what you are saying here, and I do agree, there was a time where there was opportunity to push the boundaries a little within the rules, but I think with such a large bright light being shone on them by Ofcom, and the constant threat that another channel will hang you to dry at the smallest slip, I think they realised it wasn't worth the risk and have played it extremely safe. They still get calls, they still see vids/pics, so why risk the fine/ban etc, so, from a business point of view, they are sound, but ironically it's their viewers who lose out, but it's not really their problem as long as the money rolls in. RE: Rubbish Night Tonight On The Babe Channels - Scottishbloke - 28-08-2012 23:22 Sorry if this seems a little premature but it's shaping up firmly to be yet another dire night on the babe channels. Rachel T on RLC just doesn't look like getting naked tonight. The granny pants are a dead give away, as for the rest of the models and channel's, they are looking exactly like they were last night, carrying on this shit longer, fuck the babe channels RIP RE: Rubbish Night Tonight On The Babe Channels - mrmann - 28-08-2012 23:30 (28-08-2012 23:22 )Scottishbloke Wrote: Sorry if this seems a little premature but it's shaping up firmly to be yet another dire night on the babe channels.
