Jesus Christ, Liverpool could have been 4-0 up at half time, but Downing missed a penalty

Liverpool are kicking ass tonight, a bit late in the season to start actually playing .

Also looks like they've fielded a weakened team. If Di Matteo thought they realistically had anything to play for in the league then I think the scoreline would be much different right now.
His team are still strong with, terry, essien, ramires, ivanovic and torres, ok maybe not torres, but the way liverpool have been this season its a great performance.
Edit; chelsea have just scored

The comeback is on.
Turnbull, Ferreira, Ivanovic, Terry, Bertrand, Essien, Romeu, Malouda, Ramires, Torres, Sturridge.
That is Chelsea's team tonight, its not as strong as it can be, but its still a decent team out there tonight. The only reason they are not playing well is motivation. Thanks Liverpool for helping us seal 5th place

Why would you let Downing take a penalty when you have Suarez in the team..
