It could be that RLC are having problems filling their schedule.
There's lots of the babes flying off on their holidays together. Plus girls missing for personal reasons.
It would be the ideal opportunity to bring in a few newbies..

Random Rostering Wizard not getting any better..
.....only 50% correct this morning with their schedule predictions.
EDIT & only 50% correct this afternoon also, but 75% from 1418.
