I don't think it really matters who made the bike tbh, but after a google, it may have been something called a CAB Recon. According to a couple of places (I can't be arsed researching further, 'cos I don't care that much), he was apparently doing a wheelie when he went arse over tit. It's not a surprise he's up and about, back and hip operations that are straight forward mean people are up and walking within hours.

Watching the current Education Secretary was embarrassing this morming.
He waffled and squirmed his way through the interview, failing totally to explain the ballsup regarding education grades.

I'm with Dominic Cummings.
He said back in December (?) that he wanted to overhaul the civil service. No one gets the sack, they're not expected to turn up on a Friday, a cock up's just one of those things old boy. You get a Knighthood for turning up. If it goes wrong the politician carries the can, he's an amatuer with no training that finds himself transferred to another branch when ever it takes someone else's fancy.
