What day is League of their Own, its a good show? Speaking of Defoe, its been said in the papers that he wants to leave Tottenham. If he does leave, Tottenham will have to buy two strikers in the summer, because theres no way their going to match Adebayor's wage demands
Its on friday night sky 1 9pm and its great fun, i cant stop laughing most of the time, a must watch.
i'd love to see it get an airing on Freeview!! or can you watch it on catchup over internet?

would he be interested?
Well if Reading are the only club interested in him, then I say Defoe would be interested because he would be offered more first team opportunities, but I think clubs such as Liverpool and Fulham would also be interested in Defoe, because they need more fire power up front

Chelsea's 2012/13 home kit.
Was it really worth Chelsea designing a new jersey, it looks the same as the one they have worn all season, except they have darkened the adidas stripes
RE: Football Banter - terence - 12-05-2012 15:38
the writing looks silver to me which would be different.
RE: Football Banter - Money_Shot - 12-05-2012 15:40
Isn't their current kit new from last year anyway ?
RE: Football Banter - cmiller - 12-05-2012 15:51
it looks good, but the ONLY reason teams bring out new kits is money. unless they get a new sponsor, it's only about money.

But they could lose out on money by releasing new jersey's every season, because in these harsh times, fans might not be willing to fork out lots of money just for a jersey

The technology will not be used until the 2013/14 season
Yes it will. Many countries have said they will use it before then, assuming it's approved in July. The Major Soccer League in the USA have said they could use it this year.
