The Swedish media look like gobshites now

Seen as how Sweden have been England's bogey team, its a good victory for ye. Good luck making the next round and I think ye will beat the Ukrainians to progress

I wonder if there's any of that dodgy salad left to send to the Germans or Spaniards?

was good to see england comeback from going behind its just what we needed proved all the media that said if we fall behind how we play wont get us back im worried though about rooney going back straight into the team cos i know what will happen things wont go his way and he will blow his top

I hope Roy will be brave and names an unchanged side against Ukraine and resist the temptation of using Rooney from the start, though have him on the bench and put him on with maybe 15-20 minutes to go I don't know who was at fault for the two goals we conceded, but I would blame Ashley Cole for the second goal. if he does change anything I would pull Milner off and put either Walcott or Chamberlain on. Milner's passing wasn't up to scratch, but why do we have to keep dropping back deep FFS? We are are only inviting trouble if we do this against the Ukraine and it was good to see a fightback from going behind for once. I hope we can win the group so we don't face the prospect of Spain in the Quarter Finals.

Well first of all Rooney is going to be playing against Ukraine according to Hodgson. I think ye have to get used to the way Hodgson plays and its worked so far, he's unbeaten as England manager with 3 wins and 1 draw. Plus if England come up against Spain in the quarter finals, Hodgson's style of play is the right way to play against Spain

its a no win situation for hodgson, if he plays rooney and we dont qualify, then people will say why did he change the team, and if he dont play him and ukraine score a few goals against us like sweden did and bring him on too late then people will say why didnt you start with rooney! i think even wayne rooneys not stupid enough to do anything rash especially after what the boys have done to get in a good position to qualify without him, im sure he wont do anything stupid, if he does he better not come back to englandWink

Really liked the look of Carroll and Welbeck up front together, don't see how/why Rooney should walk straight back into the team. Can't see Hodgson changing the shape either. Though malicious is right he'll probably get stick either way

I think Milner and especially Young have been dissapointing, would expect to see one of them dropped for Walcott. And Johnson is a liability, honestly think i'd prefer Kelly over him

The only reason Milner is in the team is because he's a work horse. The question Hodgson must ask himself, who does he drop, if Rooney is introduced into the team Carroll or Welbeck
