Not necessarily - they play Brazil first scrappy draw there based on no one having much of an idea what they play like and anything can happen. Especially since Ivory coast and portugal play each other first so if either loses they have to go for it in the remaining games. Like the South Africa group someone could go through with just three points if they take points off each other or Brazil beat all three.
