I have watched BS and other similar channels for many years and it seems that the girls just lay down and don't do very much. I have seen a few shows where a girl is draped over an office type scene with desk and computer but she dont do much.
I thought why not have situation style role play on screen. For example you could have a special night with girls dressed up in maids outfits or something. They could have one of them headset things instead of the phone so that the caller could ask them to maybe dust something sexually or get the cameraman to zoom up her skirt when she is hoovering some stairs or something. All this could be done I think and it could just be props, for instance the stairs could be them ones you see on the shopping channels that they use to help with the demonstrations of products.
I dunno I think it would add something new to the channels! other situations could be in a garage working on a motor (fake car obv) and just getting oil all over them something like that.
I know this idea is a little bit out there but could this work?

Actually, it's a great idea, as it means the caller would have to be inventive AND have more than just, "Show us your tits" for a conversation! It means stimulation would be on both sides and it would mean the girls don't have to mainline Red Bull to stay awake!!
They have done is a couple of times, but maybe that is the producer when they are new to the shift and then the enthusiasm goes from them and it becomes a bit mundane!! Like most things when you have them the same way all the time!
Even using the Members of Parliament as pinatas would become boring after a while, no matter how exciting the prospect and initial excitement!

Turn the Clock back to 2010
Having looked at oldshows from 2009-10 pre Extreme the shows were an awful lot better its not just offcom thats to blame as some of the shows i have been watching would still be deemed suitable for today. dont know just seemed to be a different atmosphere tho the shows now ott graphics, no mic girls selling extreme, diffrent sets

I would offer the Masti Chat girls that want regular/more night shifts a chance to be on two main BS channels, get rid of Dirty Wives but offer those on the channel who want shifts a chance to appear on main 2 BS channels & leave Apprentice as a seperate stand alone show/channel.

I like the role play idea a lot. It's true there used to be more sets and props a few years back. Sexy clothes, a fantasy scenario, and some playful stripping can be really hot. I like office stuff which is relatively simple. And it would mean there's more to talk about when calling. I'd prefer this to having the babes just turn up in a thong as it is now.

Don't get me wrong, as I love naked women, but if it's a service they provide then it should be something they enjoy too! I hate the fact that they are going through the motions and not having fun in our company!! It's supposed to make us all feel good, laugh and be great... even if it's only for 15 mins!
Who knows, maybe they will see that mutual happiness means more money for them in the long run and not just something that will fizzle out!

Easy, alot less on screen graphics and I would section all the channels to a specific theme:
Babestation 1 (standard babestation)
Babestation Wet & Wild (shower bath and oil sections only)
Babestation Sexretary (office section only)
Babestation Foot Fetish (barefoot women taking foot fetish calls)
Babestation Oriental (orential women only)
Babestation Ebony (ebony women only)
Babestation Asia (bassically masti nights)
Babestation Latina (Latina women only)
Babestation BBW (big beautiful women)
Babestation Bondage (leather clad women)
I would do this because it makes it easier for the viewers to choose what they like and know that thats what they are going to see. But obviously this would cost alot of money, paying for extra channels and the hiring of alot more women, so due to personal preference I would just have:
