Great run accumulator but oh so dull to watch

Dravid had to go sooner or later & his record speak for itself.Never going to be as good to watch as Tendulkar, but in Test Cricket it's how many not how,& his numbers aren't to dissimilar to the Little Master.India will find him hard to replace.

Dravid was one of the best, and arguably better then Tendulkar. His technical ability was second to none and the way he was able to place shots with such elegance is a rarity. He perfected his style of play and was never out of sorts. Always calm and in control. He was a joy to watch.

Backbone of the team has gone in recent years... Ganguly, Kumble and now Dravid

Tendulkar 5 short of his 100th international century.

EDIT - 1 short.

EDIT - He's done it! What an unbelievable achievement.

It's taken Tendulkar 33 innings in just over a year from his 99th.How much longer will we see him play ?

Australia's players may be going on strike.

This summer's one-day tour of England may be in jeopardy because of performance-related pay issues.
