What is the problem with the vids anyways, ofcom picks out minor stupid things to investigate and i bet it has something to do with the naughty hour sessions they do

Agree with the above, just go to online and charge via credit card. Whats with 8 weeks anyway, just seems a number plucked out the air randomly. It would be hard for me to work out which vids Ive got are 8 weeks old as I dont timestamp them and usually edit/convert them.
Also, how are RLC going to keep track of what vids are not 8 weeks old? Ive already spotted one on this forum! (*quickly downloads before anyone notices*)

Probably what has pushed RLC into taking a tough stance is their known association with porn* (Pumpkin Films), maybe focussing Ofcom to view RLC as a porn show* + Cathy's association with the Bang/Playboy link up & seeing at 1st hand what happened there.
*Ironically I watched a video earlier today of RLC spokesperson Laura Michaels in a scenario with Tony James in the same studio as my last Ruby Summers video, complete with the dom gear, making themselves comfortable on the same blue sofa that Jennifer Jade is lounging on at this moment.

I think your right "RRROGER" , Cathy/Playboy and also some of the producers have 1st hand experience with what happened at Bangbabes with Ofcom , if i remember correctly "admin" or one of the mods mentioned something about Ofcom requesting this forum supply them with some Bangbabe vids , so it makes sense not to allow vids that may alert Ofcom to things , also i think Ofcom have got it in for RLC because of their close association with Bangbabes , it can't help matters when after 12am the RLC EPG shows " ****Babes" , obviously this stands for Bangbabes , witch will probably irritate Ofcom , in the latest investigation posted by "Gold Plated Pension" Bangbabes are still being mentioned in their latest bulletin (second breach down) ,

Let's just hope rlc and ofcom come to a sensible conclusion. We all know there is nothing hard core or wrong about the show. Ofcom clearly are just listening to competitors.

ladies like lucy s, dannii harwood and lucy z who do an energetic show the only to post the show is with a vid of it because posting pics of their shows do not them justice.
if it is the other channels complaining then they are stupid. all the babechannels need to work together to a get a more relaxed attitude from ofcom (dicks). by snitching on each other they are making it worse for themselves in terms of regulations and fines.

Do we know for a 'fact' that RLC haven't also used this forum to grass their rivals up to Ofcom?

True to an extent, but I wouldnt discredit the regular cappers by discrediting their work. Caps should be even more appreciated now seeing as videos aren't allowed.

i am not dsicrediting those that post pics of the shows. i appreciate their fantastic effort in posting them.
