I like to listen to the radio to unwind sometimes. Quite often my choice will be BBC World Service. I particularly enjoy listening to a programme called 'Outlook'. Worth a listen Smile.

In my younger days Playstation, music and beer would how I'd unwind after work but as I've got older it's switched. My job can be very stressful at times and I work 7 day shift patterns but I'm finding a good way to relax (when the gf isn't around Wink ) now is to watch You Tube vids or a live stream on Twitch of someone playing a video game, usually something slow paced like a stratergy game. A streamer I follow has just been playing a farming simulator which sounds horrific but it was really relaxing to watch....honest lol.

Failing that I have my 'go to' TV shows.....Red Dwarf, Drop The Dead Donkey, Bottom, The Thick Of It Blackadder or Archer......I may have seen them a hundered times before but they always leave me with a smile on my face before bed
