England team: Kieswetter†, Hales, Wright, Morgan, Bairstow, Buttler, Bresnan, Broad*, Swann, Briggs, Finn. No Dernbach or Patel. New Zealand won the toss and elected to bat.

Oram out Bracewell in.England replace an out of form Dernbach with Bresnan & Briggs in for Patel,which will weaken the batting,but strengthen the bowling.This isn't a bad thing despite the batting not clicking they will be helped by a better bowling performance & chasing 15-2
runs less.

Cricket's ruling body has got to sort out Flynns problem in knocking down the stumps when he bowls...
He was hit for a four by Franklin only to discover that the ball had been declared as a dead ball when Flynn had clipped the stumps with his knee.
The next ball bounced up to hit Franklin in the goolies...
He lost out both ways.
England are doing well and should keep New Zealand to below 150

In the second match of the day,Sri Lanka Demolished West Indies by 9 wickets, West Indies score of 129-5 was easily achieved with Sri Lanka coasting to 130-1 in 15.2 overs.

Man of the tournament so far Shane watson scores 70 and takes a couple of wickets as Australia romp to an 8 wicket victory over South Africa,after South Africa scored 146-5 in their 20 overs,Australia strolled to 147-2 in 17.4 overs,Aussie's looking worryingly good at the moment. Next up is India vs Pakistan.

In the second match Pakistan batted 1st and were bowled out for 128 in 19.4 overs,and India in a game they must win to stand a chance of going through coasted to 129-2 in 17 overs helped by 78no by Virat Kohli.

England have been having practise sessions with Jonny Bairstow keeping wicket..
They may be planning to bring back Michael Lumb at the top of the order..
