This has got to be one of the weirdest scenes I've ever seen.Its from an asian film called Gozu which I saw on Film4 a few years ago.I did watch the whole film but I haven't got the slightest clue what it was about.

The ending of Shallow Grave - one of the best end scenes from any film, particularly due to the great choice of music that accompanies the 'reveal' in the last couple of minutes.
