They agreed on Austria though, with both the UK televoting and the UK jury ranking it 3rd, making it top overall.

No.5 The Netherlands (The Common Linnets)
No.9 Austria (Conchitta) The Winner
No.10 U.K. (Molly)
and the Swedish entry plus another who i've forgotten which country are in the 30's
Very unusual to get a foreign entry that hasn't won into the Top 40, never mind 3
The Dutch entry deserves to be a hit imo
I really think the BBC aimed the competition more at the younger market this year though, especially who they got presenting the semi-finals and ofcourse they are the majority of music buying public. Well done. I do believe though that these songs may plummet by the time sundays chart arrives as i doubt they'll get much airplay and the majority of sales will have been on the days immediately following the contest
