Page 3 is alive and well, it has just gone to the website. For me they are using it to get more people to sign up to the website

I'm thinking about the original report in The Times. Did they knowingly print an untrue article or were they hoaxed by their own colleagues?

I'm now thinking the times were in on it and this was a brilliant pr stunt and quality trolling as tumble drier has said by the company that owns both the sun and the times. They ran a story in the times that page 3 had finished and when they saw the reaction it got both in the press and on tv, radio and social media, they for me brilliantly decided to suggest that it was true by pushing that you can see page 3 on the sun website and how to access it.

Then once it had all died down they tweeted the news that page 3 hadn't been scrapped. Loved what they wrote on p3 today apologising to all the print and broadcast journalists that talked and wrote about them laugh
