Same with Adam Lyth.
If Trott gets dropped and Lyth replaces him in The Ashes then that is one hell of an initiation into test cricket against Starc, Johnson et al.
I can only hope Rashid and Lyth get some test exposure against New Zealand first.

I was thinking about Treadwell.
He got a handful of wickets in the first test on a batter friendly track.

Oh yeh,silly me,I was forgetting that we had some reserves players to choose from that don't play for Yorkshire.
Could've played Treadwell & Rashid,no need for 4 fast bowlers.
